Who we are
This website is run by NorthBridge Uluslararası İş Geliştirme Danışmanlığı Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“NorthBridge”, “we”), registered at the Bursa Trade Registry under number 140576 (MERSİS No 0632160007900001). We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect
This website has no contact forms, no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. The enquiry helper on the home page prepares a message in your browser only. Nothing reaches us unless you send it yourself by email.
When you email us, we receive the information you choose to include. This is usually your name, company, role, contact details and the content of your message.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal or contract.
- To manage our business relationship with you.
- To keep business correspondence for as long as Turkish commercial law requires.
Our legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in running our business, and compliance with our legal obligations (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f); KVKK Article 5(2)(c), (ç) and (f)).
Who else handles it
- Our email is provided by Google Workspace. Your messages are stored on Google's servers, which may be outside Türkiye and the UK.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when you open a page.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them for your enquiry and any business that follows. Where Turkish commercial law requires us to keep business correspondence, we keep it for the legal period, currently ten years.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it or to restrict how we use it, and object to its use. If you are in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in Türkiye, you have the rights set out in Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and can complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr).
